• Embark on a dolphin-watching tour in the Gulf to see these majestic creatures play. Dolphins are active year-round, and the calm waters in the colder months may make them easier to spot from a ship. Hop aboard and learn all about these elegant mammals as you enjoy a day on the water. 
• Take a stroll along the miles of coastline at Mustang Island State Park. Without summertime crowds, Mustang Island State Park is an ideal spot for getting some steps in. Enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf and the undeveloped beauty of this serene spot. While you’re there, you can also picnic, fish, kayak and more. 
• Birdwatch at the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center. Guests can walk along two boardwalks that extend a total of 1,225 feet over the freshwater wetlands. There are places to sit and observe as well as two spotting scopes. You never know what birds you might see when you sit back and pay attention!
