Tune in to Lonestar Sportsman on News Radio 1200 WOAI every Saturday morning from 5-7 a.m. to hear interviews from Texas Campground (TACO) members as they weigh in on the RVing and camping lifestyle. This Saturday’s interview featured a session with Teri Blaschke from Hidden Valley RV Park near San Antonio. Click play below to listen to the interview or visit our SoundCloud channel to listen to it and other interviews.
Teri speaks on the different types of residents at Hidden Valley. There are several families who are permanent residents, several who work seasonally and stay at the park temporarily, and travelers who return each year for a particular season.
Hidden Valley’s RV sites are upgraded to handle advancements in RV size. The park recently upgraded their electrical hookups to provide a minimum of 50 amp. As more families travel full-time, work on the road, and come for a variety of reasons, Hidden Valley is equipped to keep up.
What makes Hidden Valley unique is the strong focus on customer service. Teri comes from a background of customer service and has worked for 40 years in the business, 30 of those at Hidden Valley. Management is always willing to meet customers’ needs and requests.
This quiet, country atmosphere is set in the heart of South Texas. The park is close to San Antonio’s major attractions, such as the River Walk and Alamo. Hidden Valley is open year-round, and Winter Texans and snowbirds love the wonderful weather. For more information on Hidden Valley RV Park, visit their website.
