It had previously been called Decoration Day, an acknowledgement of servicemen and women who made the ultimate sacrifice that dates all the way back to the Civil War. The ceremony will take place at the War Memorial Pavillion and will pay tribute to all the brave men and women from the area who died while serving their country.
