Celebrate Culture in Central Texas

The capital of Texas, Austin, isn’t your typical Texas city. Although you’ll certainly find cowboys and 10-gallon hats, you’ll also find a plethora of college kids, tech workers, music aficionados and people who love that Austin’s slogan is “Keep Austin Weird.” Located in the center of the Lone Star State, Austin is certainly a unique spot to vacation. It’s known for swimming holes, hiking, traffic and a vibe you won’t find elsewhere in Texas. For those reasons, Austin is also a great spot to find off-the-beaten path festivals in Texas. Known for acclaimed music festivals South by Southwest and Austin City Limits, Austin’s vibe is distinctly different in the best way. Austin is a melting pot of culture, religion, lifestyle and more. It’s the perfect spot to vacation this fall to find unique festivals, gorgeous weather and a laidback, come-as-you-are attitude where everyone is welcome.
