This week’s interview features Lee Brown, who owns Spring Creek Marina and RV Park with his wife. The park is located in beautiful San Angelo, Texas, halfway between Lubbock and San Antonio on Highway 87. The campground sits on the beautiful Lake Nasworthy, which offers guests incredible views right from their campsites.

The calming, peaceful view of the water will let you have the rest and relaxation you crave on vacation. Spring Creek’s philosophy revolves around offering guests a true camping experience. RV sites are grassy and spacious for any size rig. With patios and fire rings, you’ll have plenty of places to spend time with your friends and family.

Spring Creek Marina and RV Park started as a convenience store and bait shop that’s been there since the 1940s, and still remains today. An RV Park grew around the store, and Spring Creek was established in 1998. Today, the campground offers the best location for camping and water sports, with nearly 1,600 square acres of water to splash in.

Lee Brown says he was inspired to purchase an RV Park due to RVing with his children and discovering a passion for it. San Angelo offers a wide variety of attractions and events that draw in visitors around the world, especially those from the north who come to Texas for the winter.

Spring Creek Marina and RV Park offers 83 spacious RV sites, which can accommodate double slide outs and offer full hookups. Their pull-through sites are “big-rig” friendly. Or, you can pitch a tent on one of the beautiful wooded tent sites with water and electric hookups. To learn more about Spring Creek Marina and RV Park, visit their website.
